Product Introduction:

The automatic spot welding machine for carbon steel automotive brake bottom plate is a high-precision automated welding equipment specially developed for automotive brake systems. It adopts medium frequency inverter (MFDC) or capacitor energy storage welding technology, integrates servo drive system and PLC intelligent control, and achieves efficient spot welding and convex welding processing of carbon steel brake bottom plate (Q235/SPHC, 1-6mm). Through digital parameter control, ensure that the welding strength meets the standards of automotive safety components, suitable for automated connection of brake base plates and fasteners (nuts/bolts).

Features:

1. Configure an electrical proportional valve to accurately adjust welding pressure.

2. Insulation protection, safe and reliable. The secondary side circuit adopts a pressurized cylinder seat and upper arm insulation method, which facilitates direct installation and welding work on the lower seat without worrying about short circuits. It is simple and practical.

3. Welding power supply, energy-saving and efficient. The main welding circuit adopts a fully water-cooled resistance welding transformer and rectifier, with strong output power.

4. The operation is controlled by a foot switch, which has high production efficiency, low labor intensity, and conforms to the operating habits of operators.

5. The equipment is equipped with air pressure and water pressure switches and alarms, which can effectively prevent water shortage or gas welding, thereby protecting the safety of equipment use.
